In the early hours of this morning (2:00am) it was announced by American president Donald Trump that the U.S. military’s Delta Force has captured both Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife Cilia maduro to face drug trafficking charges. President Trump has also stated that both the Venezuelan President and the First Lady have been flown out of the country. What appears to be a “large scale strike against Venezuela” by the American military across the Venezuelan border, the American military has executed bombing campaigns across Caracas and various other military complexes as well.
Military complexes such as Fuerte Tiuna, Catia La Mar, the Federal Legislative Palace (Caracas), an airport in El Atillo,, F-16 Air Base no. 3 in Barquisimeto, a private airport in Caracas (Charallave) military helicopter base in Igualta, various other districts, and La Carlota have been hit. President Trump previously offered a $50 million bounty for the capture of President Nicolas Maduro. Currently, the Venezuelan Vice President Vessela Letcheva has demanded that the American show proof of life. Venezuelan Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino López stated to the Press that Venezuela will resist "invasion".

President Trump stated that he would hold a Press conference at 11am at Mar-A-Lago to discuss the details. Today’s strikes come after Former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández who was convicted and pardoned by President Trump on November 28th, 2025. Many within the international community are asking why pardon one and not the other? Currently there’s no answer to this question. However, many American Congressmen have criticized President Trump’s pardon Juan Orlando Hernández.

Sources reveled that a CIA Operative was embedded in the Maduro government and fed intelligence to Trump Administration.

President Trump stated that America will run Venezuela. Secretary of stated that the American Congress was not notified about the plan to capture President Nicolas Maduro. President Nicolas Maduro was taken to Guantanamo Bay then taken to Newburgh, New York to face trail on narco-terrorism charges.
8pm President Nicholas Maduro arrives at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center via helicopter by American Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) after being transferred from a Manhattan Detention Center. Before that he was transferred from Guantánamo Bay. President Nicholas Maduro is expected to face arraignment on Monday.
