The look on Texas Senator John Whitmire is pricless as he attempts to make sense of what the detractor is saying. None-the-less he handles the situation effortlessly.
During the final Houston mayoral runoff debate between Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee and Texas Senator John Whitmire there was a strict no clapping or disruptive behavior announcement made before the debate took off. While at functions like this, regretfully there will always be detractors to some degree or another as politics can really hit home for some people. However, in the case of Black Americans who engage in this kind of aberrant behavior, especially during events like these it further cheapens Black Americans as a social class in America.
Â
Given the fact that Black Americans are seen as a permanent underclass in American society, one would think that Black Americans would seek to be on their best behavior and drop the notion of being so informal especially at public events such as the mayoral runoff debate between Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee and Texas Senator John Whitmire. But it seems that there are some Black Americans that insist that their fellow Black Americans should continue down the path of social degradation in American society.

While it’s one thing to portray oneself as a social deviate it's another thing to not only act in a socially deviate way but to speak unintelligible to promising elected officials. Remember, the diminishing social appeal of American Black people – especially when it comes to Black American women, has already hit rock bottom in America, but with actions taken by the detractors in this above video only serves as confirmation of that social fact to not only the people of America, but to people all over the world.
