FRONTIER AIRLINES: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERPETUAL CANCELED FLIGHTS CLOSES GATES EARLY

[FRONTIER AIRLINES BUSH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT HOUSTON TEXAS] On a flight to Chicago out of Bush International Airport in Houston, Texas, the staff at Frontier Airlines closed their doors in the faces of passengers, some of whom had been waiting in Bush International Airport for hours prior to their flights taking off. Passengers were left stranded in the middle of the night at bush international airport, with Frontier airline staff members to assist them or obtain information on when another flight would be available to get them to their travel destinations.
We witnessed several employees from Frontier Airlines ignoring passengers who had more questions than answers when it came to their travel arrangements. When we spoke to one of the passengers, he stated that one of the employees told him to go to the wrong gate which was on the opposite side of the airport from where his plane was supposed to depart. He also went on to state that when he finally got to the Frontier Airline gate, he met with employees that failed to help him and that when he stated his frustrations began.
Another passenger stated that they experienced several back-to-back delays as they were at the airport from 4pm with their frustration with the service of Frontier Airlines continuing well into 1am. Both passengers we talked to stated that the Frontier Airline employees were more focused on going home than assisting customers that needed their help the most. It should be noted that the door to board the plane was open when the passengers arrived and was closed in their faces when they attempted to check in for boarding.

Because we were there to witness the lack of customer service, lack of coordination, perpetual flight cancelations, and off-putting attitude of Frontier Airline employees towards passengers, we are highly recommending that if you are looking to book any kind of flight reservations avoid Frontier Airlines.
