[HOUSTON DYNAMO DEFEATS LA GALAXY] In what Houston Dynamo fans are calling a “glorious match”, the Houston Dynamo was able to defeat the L.A. Galaxy 1-0 in one of the biggest match up’s of the year. Last night's match sold out at the Shell Energy Stadium and left Dynamo fans electrified by the gameplay and level of aggression on the pitch by the two teams. With the Houston Dynamo scoring the first goal of the night at the 21st minute of the start of the match, the L.A. Galaxy appeared to have a hard time overcoming that unexpected penalty kick which was executed by Dynamo Striker Guilherme.
Looking at the key team stats, the Houston Dynamo dominated the L.A. Galaxy in all major categories on the pitch without exception. For fans of the Houston Dynamo, they all agreed the Houston Dynamo did a very good job at preventing the L.A. Galaxy from scoring a goal during last night's match. The only question they are collectively asking is “Can the Houston Dynamo continue to carry their winning game streak and momentum against the Vancouver Whitecaps as they face off on Wednesday, August 19th at the BC Place in British Columbia?” The current win probably lies in favor of the whitecaps defeating the Houston Dynamo 65% to 15% with a 20% chance of a draw.
