[Jeffery Epstein] Since what many people are calling a scandal surrounding Jeffery Epstein and who and who may not have been in his “black book” which many say was his way of blackmailing the most affluent and elite of the world, the question that we have is who cares? In other words, how is finding out and potentially persecuting celebrities going to impact the average man on the street or even main street for that matter? Here at VEDA World News, we don’t believe or condone what is known as “dick policing”. What we mean by this is that what a man chooses to do with his penis is totally up to him.
Where methods of coercion and blackmail used towards to people to get them to perform sexual acts and to maintain a “wall of silence”? Maybe, maybe not. But what we do know for sure is that there is always someone out there in the world that is willing to sell something, including their body, to escape a little something called poverty or for fame. Is this about sex trafficking? Maybe, maybe not. The brutal truth is, if people really wanted to do something about sex trafficking, they would have done something about a long time ago. But like the “War on Drugs”, any “War on Sex Trafficking” is doomed to fail before the first arrest can be made.
The notion that some people are ridiculing other people over often alleged sex abuse, prostitution, rape, and sex trafficking scandals and cases sounds a lot like fake outrage. This is especially true in a country like America where sex is not only the norm but is outright demanded to be exploited for profit. Many people see the whole Jeffery Epstein reality show as nothing more than low hanging “click bait” and a “distraction” from more the important issues plaguing the world. In the case of prominent public figures such as President Donald Trump, it doesn’t matter if he was associated with Mr. Epstein or not, because what's being witnessed here is the weaponization of public perception.
Very rarely will we at VEDA world news espouse an “opinion” on anything as we believe and adhere to the rules and ethics of Journalism. But something must be said – and we are saying.
