[2026 Astros Foundation Winter Invitational Rollins College vs Central Missouri] For the last series of games on the first day of the 2026 Astros Foundation Winter Invitational, it would be Central Missouri that would defeat Rollins College 10-6. With neither team scoring a run in the first and second innings, it would be Central Missouri that would break that trend in the bottom of the third inning. With Central Missouri scoring the first run, it seemed to have motivated Rollins College to score its first two runs at the top of the fourth followed by Central Missouri scoring another run resulting in them tying the game in the same inning.

Rollins scored another run in the fifth inning, and it wouldn’t be until the seventh inning that would score three runs to make up for that fact. In contrast, Central Missouri after the fourth inning went on to score another four runs in the sixth inning and failed to score another run for the remainder of the game. While both teams performed well on the field, it would be Rollins College that appeared to outshine Central Missouri when it came to stealing bases. While Central Missouri stole a total of six bases, Rollins College doubled that and swiped a total of 12 bases. Despite this edge on the field, they still failed to utilize that critical edge to secure a victory over Central Missouri.
