[American Military strike inside Venezuela] It was reported by anonymous sources that two American Military officials are currently etching out plans to execute a way to target designated narcotic traffickers in the South American country of Venezuela. It was also reported that the execution of these strikes on designated narcotic traffickers could start in as little as roughly three weeks. If executed, these strikes will be an intense escalation by the Americans. This comes just as little as the Trump Administration executed maritime assaults that left several Venezuelans dead in international waters.
Many within the international community refute the Trump Administration's claim that those killed were traffickers of narcotics and that there's no proof that those killed had narcotics in their possession. However, there is one country that is backing the Trump Administration's claim that those killed by the U.S. Military were trafficking narcotics and that country is the Dominican Republic. It should be noted that the proposed plans to execute strikes in Venezuela will be carried via drone strikes.
OUR POSITION AT VEDA WORLD NEWS
Whether or not those that were killed by the U.S. Military where trafficking narcotics or not is not something that should be focused on, especially since they were in international waters which is protected by what is known as the “1892 United Nations Convention on The Law Of The Sea” simply known as “Freedom of Navigation”. The recent actions of the Trump Administration seem to have done nothing but open the door for other nations to carry out the same types of actions which could in turn be carried out against America in the same fashion it was originally dealt.
The extrajudicial killing of foreigners within their prospective countries by America should be something that should be frowned upon. We have both national and international laws for a reason. If the Trump Administration decides to violate the sovereign rights of other nations, then in return the Trump Administration should prepare for its rights as a sovereign nation to have its rights violated. Another major problem is that the hawks in Washington D.C. and those that make up the Trump Administration appear to be stuck in the past in a time where America was the only country with advanced warfighting capabilities.
In 2025, that’s no longer the case as it's evident that every major country around the world has advanced warfare capabilities.
