[Heather Capen Katz’s Never Closes] In a world with a belly full of lies, scams, and fake news, there is one person that works in an establishment that never closes and her name is Heather Capen of Katz's. Katz's, a New York inspired restaurant located in Houston, Texas that never closes (open 24h hours) have managed to not only be the shining light at the end of the tunnel, but an eatery that employs people that provide great customer service, with extremely tasty food, and hires people of integrity. But this article is not only written to highlight the great food and customer service at Katz's, but it is to specifically honor Katz’s Manager Heather Capen.
While you may be asking “What makes Heather Capen so special?”; the answer to that question is simple; her willingness to go above and beyond in her duties, her professionalism, and her high degree of integrity. On a recent visit (last week), I was met with the unfortunate situation of losing my wallet. While I thought that I lost my wallet while pumping gas at the gas station, I received an email two days later from Heather Capen stating that my wallet was found inside of Katz's restaurant. It should be known that I didn't have the opportunity to check my email for a couple of days, so I was shocked and ecstatic to find that Heather Capen had emailed me and was happy to secure my wallet for me until I came to retrieve it.

When I came to pick up my wallet, I was also relieved to find that all my personal belongings were still in my wallet, untouched. If you’ve ever lost your purse or wallet for whatever reason, I believe you can relate to how relieved I was because in a fast-paced world that runs non-stop; having a debit/credit card is an essential element if not a lifeline for your daily survival. In short, what I'm trying to say is that Heather Capen saved me from having to go through the painstaking hurdle of having to making phone calls to get new cards and the period of having to wait for a debit/credit card in the mail which could take two weeks in a world that never sleeps.

Again, I would like to take the time out to say thank you to Heather Capen for demonstrating that not only are there great, honest, hard-working people in the world that still have and exercise integrity and professionalism; but there are still people that are willing to help people whether they know them or not. Thank you Heather Capen, of Katz’s, Manager of the restaurant where the food and drinks are great and never closes. If you are looking to receive the same amount of hospitality and service that I’ve been fortunate to experience, be sure to visit Heather Capen’s Katz's location at 616 Westheimer Rd, Houston, Texas 77006 - and don't forget to ask for the Manager (Heather Capen).
