[HOUSTON DASH CHICAGO STARS] Tonight's matchup between the Houston Dash and the Chicago Stars is one that will be entered into the record as an outstanding match played by the Houston Dash. With the Houston Dash scoring three goals in the first half with the first two scored by Kat Rader at the fifth and 42 minute of the match, followed by Linda Ulmark scoring another goal at the 48 minute it's easy to say that this match is a wrap and that the Houston Dash will close out with another win.
By halftime, the Houston Dash was leading in every statistical category with no way for the Chicago Stars to make a comeback. While the Chicago Stars are playing a good game, it appears that it's simply not good enough to intercept and stop the momentum that the Houston Dash have created, developed, and maintained throughout the match on the pitch. Looking at the final stats of tonight's matchup, the Dash possessed the ball 53% of the time, with a total of 394 passes, in which they had nine key passes, for a pass accuracy rate of 81%. Despite Bay FC being defeated by the Houston Dash 1-0 during their previous match, fans of the Houston Dash believe that if their beloved team continues holding the line with the intensity and teamwork that they’ve demonstrated thus far, they will have no problems defeating Bay FC.
