[Dr. Sonia White Houston, Texas] The City of Houston is known for many things such as SLAB Culture, the Houston Rockets, and the world-famous Astros Major League Baseball team. But there is another thing that the City of Houston is quietly known for and that’s pay-to-play when it comes to the awarding of City Proclamations. In what many Houstonians are starting to call “Award Sham’s”, there seems to be one name that comes to mind and the name that was provided by one of our sources was allegedly a woman who goes by the name of Dr. Sonia White. We were also informed that Dr. Sonia White and others within Houston’s pay-to-play gambit appear to have included the unstated awarding of a City Proclamation within their packages, in which one of Dr. Sonja White’s PR packages goes for a hefty $600.

According to sources, Dr. Sonia White and others have engaged in the malicious creation of 501c non-profit organizations to extract funding from the public and exploit public trust. While the awarding of City Proclamations is supposed to be used to honor citizens that have morally and socially gone above and beyond to better serve their communities, the notion of having to pay-to-play for the issuance of Proclamations and awards has become both a critical component to increasing one's social clout while at the same time severely cheapening the credibility of a Proclamation recipient. In other words, the awarding of a city Proclamation seems to have been reduced to nothing more than a lucrative way to monetarily capitalize on stroking both the awarder and awardee’s fragile ego's.

Leaked emails and photos surfaced that suggest Dr. Sonia White may have been using her magazine as a cover to solicit citizens in order to extract fee under the expectation although not shown of being awarded a city or State Proclamation for a fee of $597. Two sources have come forward with what appears to be legitimate complaints regarding her latest dealing. Sources also alleged that she and others would order large batches of these Awards and Proclamations without being questioned by local and state politicians. The question that many concerned citizens are asking is: “Do politicians on the local and state levels who sign off on the awarding of Proclamations to individuals who are essentially “customers” know of what's going on?” While the jury is still out on that, community based hustlers like Dr. Sonia White seem to be all the talk as citizens within the communities of Houston express their rage and loss of faith in the two thing that is considered sacred in a world full of chaos, deception, and lies and that's advocacy and philanthropy.

As of late, into what’s being publicly seen as an attempt to engage in duplicitous actions, Dr. Sonia White has been perceived as attempting to engage in the social hijacking of Houston's premiere high value networking association the “A-List Group”. According to sources, narrowly missing a potential lawsuit, her transgressions resulted in her actions being blocked and possibly banned from Houston's prestigious Thompson Hotel. It should be noted that we were unable to verify which university Dr. Sonia White attended or acquired any samples of her dissertation writings to establish the legitimacy of her doctoral degree.
