[Guilherme Ezequiel Ponce Andre Carrillo] Yesterday, the Houston Dynamo held a Fan Meet and Greet at local retail store “WEGOTSOCCER” which is located at 9521 Westheimer Rd. Houston, Texas that specializes in all things soccer when it comes to gear and sport wear. The newest editions to the Houston Dynamo team Guilherme and Ezequiel Ponce were on location to sign autographs and to take photos with Houston Dynamo Fans. This event lasted roughly two hours and resulted in Fans coming out in droves to not only see the Dynamo superstars but to take photos with them.
It was a joyful occasion that granted us the unique opportunity to engage with Dynamo Fans off the pitch and away from Shell Energy Stadium as well as speak briefly with fellow Sports Journalist 8-year-old Andre Carrillo and huge Houston Dynamo Fan. Beyond getting posters and photos signed by Guilherme and Ezequiel Ponce, Dynamo Fans of all ages brought along their own official Dynamo jerseys (new and old) and other soccer related memorabilia.
The one thing that any Houston Dynamo Fan will tell you is that win, lose, or draw; the players of the Houston Dynamo will always put a smile on your face, boost the team’s spirit of your morale, and increase the warmth of your heart when they engage with Fans of all ages and nationalities.
