[Houston Gamblers Columbus Aviators] Today at Shell Energy Stadium marks the second time the Houston Gamblers would play against the Columbus Aviators. While the UFL is still considered relatively new, that doesn’t mean that they don’t have a healthy fanbase of their own. With the Houston Gamblers staying in the lead during the majority of the game, the Columbus Aviators have proven to be a worthy opponent. Starting the first quarter, the Houston Gamblers would be the first to score a touchdown at the 7:51 minute mark followed by a successful goal kick within the same minute. Then roughly at the 13 minute of the second quarter, the Houston Gamblers would score another touchdown and successful goal kick that would keep them leading over the Columbus Aviators with the score being 14-0.

The Columbus Aviators wouldn't score their first touchdown until nearly the ninth minute of the second quarter then their next touchdown soon after, only this time they were unable to successfully score a goal kick, their failure to do so brought the score to 13-14. Neither team scored in the third quarter of the game, but pain was felt on the field as there were some very hard tackles executed by both teams. In the fourth quarter, the Houston Gamblers would maintain their lead over the Columbus Aviators by scoring two points to bring the score to 13-17. It should be noted that Houston Gamblers Kenny Dyson (#55) sacked Columbus quarterback Jalan McClendon (#8) because of the huge gaps in the Columbus Aviators offensive line.
