If we were to use 5 words to describe the Houston SaberCats triumphant win over the Utah warriors, those words would be “one hell of a win”. In fact, all it seems like the Houston SaberCats can do is win from the looks of their record from both last season and this one. With the final score resulting in Houston SaberCats defeating the Utah Warriors 40-19, there's no reason anyone living in Houston shouldn’t be a SaberCats fan.

The Houston SaberCats was able to get 5 tries while possessing the ball 42.08% of the time while the Utah warriors were able to get 3 tries and possessed the ball 57/92% of the time. The Houston SaberCats fell behind the Utah warriors when it came to territory gains by only gaining 44.57% of the pitch to the Utah warriors 55.43% gains on the pitch.

The Houston saber cats also fell behind when it came to carrying meters (265) to the Utah warriors’ 456 carrying meters, crossing the grainline (17) to the Utah warriors 42, and lineouts won (14) to the Utah warriors 15. However, the Houston SaberCats led in other states such as tackles in which they had 136 to the Utah warrior’s 69, 3 conversions to Utah’s 1, 3 penalty goals to Utah’s 0, 1,209 kick meters to Utah’s 487, and 13 penalties conceded to Utah’s 12.

But despite falling behind in several areas, the Houston SaberCats were still able to adapt, overcome, and dominate  Utah on the pitch and win this match. The only question that’s being asked by fans is: “is there anything that the SaberCats can't do as a team on the pitch?” for right now it’s looking like there isn’t. but all of Houston knows what the SaberCats can do, and that’s win, win, win.
