Besides being the second game on the last day of the Houston Astros Houston Winter Invitational, the Central Missouri vs Jefferson University was a very entertaining game to watch with players not holding back when it came to swinging the bat to the pitchers of both teams which seemed to have ice in their veins the Central Missouri vs Jefferson University game is one to have a rematch at a later date. Beyond that, we had the opportunity to speak with the coach of Central Missouri baseball and he revealed to us that they thought their pitchers were strong; they are actually down a notch when it comes to the performance of their pitchers overall because of one of their pitchers being somewhat injured.

Injured or not, it was still a pleasure to watch not only their pitchers, but the pitchers from Jefferson University throw 90 miles an hour plus balls toward the batter and Back-Catcher. And when it comes to Back-Catchers, we have to say that all the Back-Catchers of all the collegiate teams in attendance today at Daikin Park are doing/have done a fantastic job behind home plate. At the 50% mark of the game the score was 5-3 with Jefferson University leading Central Missouri. the game ended with Central Missouri defeating Jefferson University.
