[Speaking with Leana Chan Houston Texas] Today we had a light conversation with Lena Chan who’s been working on various political campaigns in Houston Texas for the last 5 years. Leana Chan also specializes in political data acquisition and analytics. Beyond being soft spoken yet confident, Leana Chan is also compassionate, warm hearted, and empathetic to many of the citizens of Houston that are facing tough times socio-economically. Ms. Chan also has a deep passion to help her fellow Houstonians through the avenue of politics and public policy. Being a longtime admirer of Congressman Al Green, she hopes to be able to follow in his footsteps in the world of politics.
During this interview, we touched on the voting trends of Black Americans, as well as other trends in terms of other demographics and voter behavior. We also touched on education and cultural predictions and how Hispanics and women, specifically Black American women, are voting in 2025. Topics and issues centered around oil and gas industry and employment disparities within Houston Texas. Lastly, the arts and entertainment industry in Houston was a topic that was talked about as well. Although there were somethings that Ms. Chan couldn't speak on at this time, it's understandable given the sensitive times we are living in.
