The True King of R&B, R. Kelly
The True King of R&B, R. Kelly whose full name is Robert Sylvester Kelly is currently suing both the YouTube personality “Tasha K.” whose full name is Latasha Transrina Kebe and the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) because several of its employees violated his Client/Attorney Privilege, personal privacy, and sold his information prior to his conviction to Tasha K. The selling of R. Kelly’s confidential information before his conviction may have played a monumental role in “why it was a cakewalk to put him in jail”.
According to Houston based Attorney Dennis Spurling, also known on YouTube as “Uncle D” and “The Blizzard King”. During Attorney Dennis Spurling’s YouTube broadcast he pointed out that R. Kelly’s confidential personal information was essentially stolen and sold to Tasha K. and given to other government witnesses before he was convicted, and because that was done, it may have potentially adversely affected his [R. Kelly’s] case prior to his conviction which is now in question. Hence, according to Attorney Dennis Spurling “they may have to retry R. Kelly’s case” and /or overturn his conviction.

Attorney Dennis Spurling who is not R. Kelly’s attorney also thinks that R. Kelly has a very strong case that may result in his conviction being overturned or at the very least allowing R. Kelly the right to monetary compensation for this severe breach of privacy. It is true that Correctional Officers no matter capacity be it local, state, or on the federal level have a legal obligation to provide the best care, control and custody of the inmates that depend on them for everything which in this case includes protection. Which is something that several Correctional Officers employed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons seemed to have failed to execute in the performance of their duties.
Unfortunately, the King of R&B’s life has been utterly destroyed. Not only does he currently face public embarrassment, but he had to face the loss of his 30-year singing career, increasing financial issues, and 30-year prison sentence. Moreover, because of his ongoing legal issues, he’s had to deal with the Federal Government freezing and seizing his bank accounts, personal assets, prison funds and taking $25,000 from him which was “paid” to the “victims” of his alleged crimes in the form of restitution. We use the term “victims” in quotation marks because it is a well-known fact that the women who fall into this category are not victims to those in the know. Instead, they are the true predators that preyed on both the fame and personal vulnerabilities of R. Kelly.

In what Attorney Dennis Spurling is calling a “well put together lawsuit” by very prominent attorneys, it was revealed that over 60 Federal Corrections Officers illegally accessed the confidential personal information (emails, visitor’s list, trust fund, and prison phone calls) of R. Kelly over 153 times (violation of Federal Law) over a period of months prior to his 2021 conviction and allegedly leaked his stolen personal information to YouTube personality Tasha K. for monetary gain. Tasha K. who recently filed for bankruptcy has already been successfully sued by Entertainer Cardi B. For “invasion of privacy, defamation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress” to the tune of roughly $3.9 million. According to Attorney Dennis Spurling, this fact that Tasha K. Having been sued like this before will not be seen as favorable to whoever the presiding Judge will be because it establishes a negative pattern of past behavior.
Other alleged criminal violations mentioned in R. Kelly’s lawsuit are Computer Fraud and Conversion. The allegations in R. Kelly’s lawsuit are really something to consider, because if what is alleged is true, then it would be safe to say that not only the country, but the world owes R. Kelly a sincere apology for what has been done to him and has a duty to restore everything that was taken from him. We wish him the best.
