Georgia Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who is currently prosecuting current 2024 Republican front runner and former President Donald Trump for election fraud during the 2020 election cycle, is now facing legal challenges of her own that not only undermines her credibility when it comes to prosecuting former President Trump; but could lead to her case against former President Trump being dismissed and her disbarment from the legal system altogether. The irony in the situation is that the claim can be made that while Fani Willis is prosecuting former President Trump for election fraud, she [Fani Willis] could be heavily scrutinized for orchestrating election interference for weaponizing the legal system in a colluded effort to prevent former President Trump from running for the office again and winning by influencing voter perception; thus, altering the habits of thousands of voters.
Currently there is an investigation regarding Prosecutor Fani Willis’s professional misconduct which includes having an inappropriate sexual relationship with Nathan Wade who Fani Willis claims to have been both her longtime friend and mentor. The American public is making the argument that Fani Willis herself has overstepped her bounds as an under qualified Prosecutor because election fraud on the federal level is above her jurisdiction as a county Prosecutor in Georgia, and thus should be appropriately handled by the federal courts,
What’s peculiar about this situation is Nathan Wade being on this case against former President Trump. Although he was a Municipal Court Judge (Lower Court), who specialized in Personal Injury, this alone makes him shockingly under qualified to try any case like this against former President Trump. Backing our position at VEDA Magazine that Nathan Wade is a under qualified to try a case against former President Trump, is that not only is he acting as a contractor on this case, but he also hired another attorney who is more qualified than he is to handle a case like this as a subcontractor.
Because of this kind of professional impropriety, if she’s found guilty by the end of the investigation against her, it could lead to her not only being removed from the case, but it could also result in the further degradation of the case in the eyes of the legal system. Hence, putting the case in the position to be thrown out. This sets the tone for other cases against former President Trump to be thrown out as well. If the investigation finds that she has done anything legally wrong – she could be disbarred.

Another professional misconduct allegation against Fani Willis is her exhibiting “fiduciary negligence”. What this means is that by Fani Willis being the District Attorney for Fulton County, that makes her responsible for the way the taxpayer’s money is allocated to pay for the prosecution of former President Donald Trump. If she is contracting out the prosecution of former President Trump to another attorney who acts as contractor who then subcontracts the work out to an attorney who is better qualified than the previous two, then that could be considered a mismanagement of funds. Articulated in another way, if you pay a plumber to fix the pipes in your home, but that plumber hires another plumber who then hires another plumber who is more competent than the two before him to do the work, that can be seen as fiduciary negligence.
The reason why this is an important point to highlight is because as a customer you have the right to assume that the person you're hiring and paying is both qualified to perform the services you’re paying for; hence it can be assumed that they are obligated to answer to you. In the case of Fani Willis and Nathan Wade – this situation is walking the fine line of embezzlement. This point is to be combined with the allegation that she and Nathan Wade used county funds to go on international romantic get-ways.
One of former President Trump’s co-defendants motioned the following claim to dismiss the grand jury indictment by stating: “The District Attorney and the Special Prosecutor have violated laws regulating the use of public monies, suffer from irreparable conflicts of interest, and have violated their oaths of office under the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disqualified from prosecuting this matter”.
The question of how Trump's co-defendant Michael Roman obtained evidence to execute such a motion stem from Nathan Wade's ex-wife who decided to legally “creampie” him by handing credit card transaction records over to the courts as part of their 2021 divorce proceedings.
