(Trae Tha Truth Trae Day) Over the course of the weekend, the Houston rapper known as “Trae Tha Truth” held various community events across the city of Houston. Trae Tha Truth was awarded a proclamation from the city of Houston under the former now deceased mayor Sylvester Turner. The proclamation that was awarded to Trae Tha Truth by the Turner Administration was given to him to publicly honor his acts of charity and goodwill to the citizens of Houston. Trae Day” which has expanded into what many are unofficially calling “Trae Weekend” in a host of community and family fun events that were created to promote solidarity and comradery within and for the people of Houston.
From a celebrity kickball game, to comedy shows at the house of blues, to the promotion in a form a parade for what is known in Houston Texas a “Slab Culture”, to bike riding events, to clubs parties and after parties, to bookbags and school supply give-a-ways to the children of Houston Texas, it’s good to know that Trae the Truth still has a heart for Houston and its residents. Our correspondent Meochea “Me-Me” Money, reported and conducted interviews with various local celebrities and of course Trae Tha Truth himself during the festivities held this past weekend.
