TRUMP CAPITULATES ON RUSSIAN SANCTIONS – BUYS RUSSIAN DIESEL FOR AMERICAN RELIEF DURING MID-TERMS

Written by Michael Thervil

[TRUMP RUSSIAN DIESEL SANCTIONS] Despite the Trump administration capitulating on its sanction against the purchasing of Russian oil and gas on Friday in order to purchase Russian oil and gas to ease America growing oil and gas crisis in conjunction with striking a deal in which both Ukraine and Russia would begin a ceasefire on each other's energy infrastructures; the Zelensky regime has executed strikes in which two Russian oil refiners were bombed. This comes just as President Trump made an announcement on Sunday that both sides “agreed to an energy ceasefire”.
Russian spokesperson for President Vladimir, Putin Dmitry Peskov has denied that such a deal has been finalized with the Ukrainians and that the talks between the two nations are still ongoing. At the current level of talks between the Americans and Russia, it was reported that Russia has loosely agreed to potentially export more than 300,000 barrels of diesel to the Americans by the first of next month with another $1 million in diesel exports following sometime after that.
The capitulation of American sanctions against Russia is currently set to end on April 7, 2027. Oil, gas, and energy market speculators are taking the position that the expiration date of April 7, 2027, on Russian diesel will most likely be extended. Supporting their position is the statement made to the Pres today by President Trump with has been interpreted as a plea and an admission of weakness in terms of America's ability to remain self-sufficient when I it comes to its diesel and energy security when he made the following remarks:
“Russia supplies a large portion of the diesel fuel throughout the world. And we told him, do whatever you want, but don’t hit the diesel fuel and what does he do? He goes and hits the diesel fuel. He can do whatever he wants, but he can’t do that. He’d better damn well stop.”
Oil, gas, and energy experts are currenting perceiving President Trumps latest comments as confirmation of America weaning power within the international community. Fueling this perception are the additional remarks made by President Trump when he openly claimed that Zelensky was seeking to “make problems” for America and the international community as Zelensky failed to heed to American demands that he stops executing strikes on Russian energy infrastructure in order to stabilize the global energy market.
