From discussing the controversial and what some call a racially motivated Terry vs. Ohio case, which granted Law Enforcement the opportunity to search Person or potential Suspect if they have reasonable suspicion to believe that the Person or Suspect has committed a crime and that searching that Person or Suspect for weapons would be in the best interest of the Officers safety.
