[Ben Crump Blackout The System] American civil rights Attorney Ben Crump appears to be spearheading what is known as a Blackout The System which is a national mass economic blackout day scheduled to begin on November 25th through December 2nd. Attorney Ben Crump along with an organization called the “Blackout The System” is urging Americans to demonstrate their frustration with the shutdown of the American government which has adversely affected the distribution of welfare services in the form of “Food Stamps” now known as SNAP/EBT to over 42 million Americans by “avoiding work and spending”. Both Attorney Ben Crump and Blackout The System are stating that the nationally mass economic blackout is a:

“Peaceful, strategic withdrawal of labor and consumer spending to demonstrate “that real power belongs to the people.”

Attorney Ben Crump and organizers of the Blackout The System organization are also calling on Americans to boycott companies such as Walmart, Target, Disney, and Amazon in a joint effort to cause disruptions in the production, retail, and profits of the products and services these companies create. A post on Attorney Ben Crumps Instagram account is also calling for American to stop going to restaurants, events, engaging in any projects, as well as the call to stop all forms of media streaming.

OUR POSITION AT VEDA WORLD NEWS

With almost every American facing extremely challenging times financially, combined with the biggest holidays of the year (thanksgiving & Christmas) fast approaching, many Americans are wondering why now? For those that support Palestine and are upset at the actions of Israel which have led to both a man-made famine and close to 70,000 Palestinians killed, and being driven from their land, Americans that fall into this category are asking why now? For the college students that graduated from college and either haven’t been able to find a job or have been severely underemployed over the 3-5 years, they are also asking why now?

For them, this economic blackout like this should’ve been called a long time ago. So, the most obvious question to ask is: “What is this all about?” Currently the answer to that question is unknown. But the one thing that is known is that the call for a national economic blackout in both the most challenging economic times where people who can work need every penny, they can get their hands on in conjunction with two of the biggest holidays of the year will most likely fail.
