[President Maduro pleads not guilty] earlier today 63-year-old Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro pleaded “not guilty” in a New York courtroom and stated that he is a “decent man”. The kidnapped Venezuelan President is currently facing 4 federal courts which consist of:
NARCOTERRORISM
COCAINE IMPORTATION
POSSESSION OF MACHINE AND DESTRUCTIVE DEVICES
CONSPIRACY TO POSSESS MACHINE GUNS AND DESTRUCTIVE DEVICES
Currently, the Trump Administration has very little to no evidence to substantiate their claims against President Nicolas Maduro when it comes to trafficking narcotics on any scale (pun intended). The Venezuelan President's wife, first lady, Cilia Flores also pleaded “not guilty” for cocaine importation conspiracy according to the indictment. It should be known that the indictment also lists other Defendants which include:
Venezuela’s Interior Minister: Diosdado Cabello
Former Venezuelan Interior Minister: Ramon Rodriguez Chacin
Son of President Maduro: Nicolas Maduro Guerra
Venezuelan Politician and Leader of Tren de Aragua: Hector Rusthenford Guerrero Flores
It is unclear why the Trump Administration either did not or failed to seek to other actors accused of violating U.S. laws within the indictment. President Maduro during his court appearance stated that he is “still the President of Venezuela" and he considered himself as “a prisoner of war”. The kidnapping of President Maduro and his wife has sparked international condemnation with heads of state from China, Russia, Cuba, Colombia, and Iran speaking the loudest.
OUR POSITION AT VEDA WORLD NEWS
We are predicting that the world will experience yet another fundamental shift that runs parallel to the actions of the European nations in 2022 as they seized the assets of Russian oligarchs. This time, the Americans like the European nations that executed the seizure will experience both geopolitical and military hardening from observing countries as they construct control mechanisms to counter such actions taken by the American military to protect their heads of state.
Even more than that it can be expected that, we also predict that international governing bodies like the United Nations and the International Criminal Court (ICC) will also construct new laws on the books that will specifically be aimed at addressing geopolitical and military overreach like the actions executed in Venezuela by the Americans.
