[Ukraine OnlyFans Russia] In 2009, Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko, with the stroke of a pen, made the creation, distribution, and possession of pornography illegal in Ukraine. Despite that, there has seemed to be a surge in the creation, distribution, and possession of pornography Ukraine. There are so many Ukrainian pornography actresses in Ukraine that the Ukrainian authorities breifly considering legalizing pornography in Ukraine. Currently if an individual is caught by Ukrainian law enforcement in creation, distribution, and/or possessing porn in Ukraine, they would face a five-year prison term. According to the Daniil Getmantsev, the head of the Parliament’s Finance, Tax And Customs Policy Committee who opposes the current law, by continuing to keep porn illegal in Ukraine, the government would be losing an estimated $59 billion Hryvnas which comes out to $1.59 million dollars a year in tax revenue. He also stated to the Press:
"Meanwhile, instead of significant potential revenues to the budget, we have over $9 million in unpaid tax from content creators for 2020-2022 alone.”
The irony in this matter is that the owner of OnlyFans is Leonid Radvonsky who was born in Odesa, Ukraine, now living in the U.K. and is reported to have earned $7.8 billion dollars to date. It should be known that while OnlyFans is widely known for Pornography, the website also features a variety of content such as cooking, film making, and things that pertain to general education. According to Daniil Getmantsev, he revealed that roughly 8,000 Ukrainian OnlyFans pornographers raked in an estimated $120 million dollars from the creating and distribution of porn. In comparison to the total population of Ukraine which stands close to 38 million, 8,000 adult content creators sound like an extremely conservative number as it could very well be exceedingly higher than quoted by Daniil Getmantsev.
Of the 8,000 pornographers as reported by Daniil Getmantsev he also stated that between 120 and 350 of them reported their earnings to the government of Ukraine. He suspects this because he believes they fear criminal prosecution. As of late the Ukrainian government received an online petition on July 27th of this year with over 25,000 signatures for the pornography to be legalized within the country. The author of the petition to legalize porn was an OnlyFans pornographer Svetlana Dvornikova. It should be noted that Svetlana Dvornikova paid more than 40 million Hryvnias ($958,200) in taxes to the Ukrainian government in the past 5 years. Responding to the Ukrainian government ban and policing of pornography she stated:
“What causes no harm should not be a crime”
Currently her petition to make the creation, distribution, and possession of pornography in Ukraine has been dropped, due to prevailing arguments from the Ukrainian officials who in a joint statement stated that [pornography] “great problems and the degradation of the nation.”.

OUR POSITION AT VEDA WORLD NEWS
With funding and the transferring of military assets from the American government becoming nearly non-existent so that Ukraine can fund its losing war against Russia, Ukraine has become increasingly desperate when it comes to seeking ways to fund its ever-failing war of provocation against Russia. While making the pornography legal and collecting taxes from it sounds both like a great idea and logical – it will ultimately do nothing to help Ukraine win any kind of war with Russia.
Apparently, the creation, distribution, and possession of porn in Ukraine have gotten so bad that the Ukraine’s Economic Security Bureau (ESBU) has executed raids on the homes and arresting people who are registered on OnlyFans as pornographers. Ukraine's desperation did start this year, but it started in 2023, when Ukraine sought to fine PornHub $5,543 for refusing to pay taxes in Ukraine even though the porn was illegal in the country during that time. Another act of desperation also occurred in 2023 when Ukrainian authorities not only blacklisted but added Russian porn actress Yulia Romanova stage name “Elfie” who traveled to Crimea, Ukraine for an adult photoshoot which occurred in 2018 to a “kill list.
The cliche “Disparate times call for despite measures” applies when it comes to the state of Ukraine.
