What makes Jeffery Taylor unique is that he served not only in the U.S. Army, but he served prison time in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice which is simply known as TDCJ. Serving 25 years in TDCJ is no small feat for anyone who is familiar with the prison system in Texas.
