[Angola protest on diesel tax] since Monday of this week, protests and riots have been ensuing in the African country of Angola. The reason for the mass protest and riots is centered around the fact that the Angolan government decided it would raise the tax on diesel fuel to roughly 33%.

[Ukraine America U.K. to overthrow Zelenskyy] Today, in trilateral talks Ukrainian, American, and U.K officials met in secret to discuss the removal of former Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskyy from his position of power and are currently seeking to replace him with former Ukrainian Military Chief Valery Zaluzhny.

[protesters University of Houston] Over the weekend, several hundred Houston residents gathered in protest at the University of Houston in an effort to demonstrate their outrage of Texas Governor Greg Abbot's (R) plan to change what they are calling “gerrymandering” the redrawing of the current Congressional District lines. With the proposed redrawing of the Congressional Lines of District 18, many Houston residents feel that their voices in the voting process will be ignored

[Greg Abbot congressional remapping] Yesterday at the M.C. Daniel  Community Outreach Center located in Houston Texas, Texas Representative Jolanda Jones of district 147, held what she called an “Emergency Redistricting Town Hall Meeting”.

[Israel Knesset vote] Today the Israeli Knesset passed a vote that would allow the Israeli government to claim sovereignty over the Palestinians West Bank and the Jordan Valley. The vote was passed by 30-6. Immediately after the passing of the vote both the sultanate of  Oman and Saudi Arabia expressed not only their concerns over the passing of the vote by the Knesset, but both countries outright condemned the passing of the vote.

[Israel Gaza] In Gaza more than 1,000 Gazans have been killed by Israel at humanitarian and food distribution sites. Within the last two days, an estimated 12 children and 33 people have died due to starvation in Gaza. Additionally, roughly well over 240,000 women and children in Gaza are experiencing severe malnutrition with 93% of Gazans facing food insecurity.

[Ukraine Russia Istanbul peace talks] Today a third round of peace talks are set to occur between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul, Türkiye. While Volodymyr Zelensky appears to be optimistic about the possibility of a breakthrough in terms of reaching an agreement with Russia, Russia seems to be skeptical that any kind of successful peace deal will come about from this round of peace talks.

[Israel uses Druze as pretext to bomb Syria] In the early hours of Monday morning, the Syrian clan known as the Bedouins, stated that they would withdraw from the Druze majority city Suwayda . [U.K. Germany signs military Kensington Treaty] The United Kingdom and Germany have signed a bilateral military agreement names the “Kensington Treaty”, a first since World War 2, which provides military support for either country should one be attacked.

[Russia’s warning to America] Sergey Lavrov has issued a warning to America and the Collective West regarding the forming of a security alliance in the region that would target North Korea. Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov made the following statement:
